The Career Bullseye is a career mapping tool developed by Miriam J. Katz, founder and owner of True Calling.

The Bullseye offers a structured process for professionals to explore the most crucial elements in job satisfaction: 

• Strengths - those skills that we thrive when using
  
• Passions - the areas of focus that most interest and engage us
  
• Values - the personal beliefs and qualities that ensure a good cultural fit with a prospective employer

In a Career Bullseye workshop, participants learn the definition and application of each category, and create a personalized benchmark for career success through interactive exercises.  A brainstorming process empowers participants to think through how these three elements intersect in the job sphere.  Using the self-knowledge gained from this session, participants can identify steps to increase their satisfaction in their current careers and pinpoint career alternatives.
